Although well known for "Rip Van Winkle", this is a real Masterpiece of Acappella Doo Wop by The Devotions. Highlights are an almost impossible to sing falsetto all through the "bridge" or "channel" 1:05. Then a sublime, extraordinarily long and detailed ending that requires some real talent to do 1:49. butchy pardo had already left the group.lou di carlo took his place and did the lead on soft and sweet.bobby was still the devotions lead .

Stunning song. The lead singer is fantastic. Hard to believe this the same group who sang the goofy "Rip Van Winkle".
