Ive owned two 95 GSR's in the past.. A Milano Red coupe with the black cloth interior and the other one was a Green 4-door that had the tan leather interior... My first car being the coupe rite out of highschool.. I had put on the jdm frontend and even swapped out the 4 lug suspension for the jdm 5 lugs back in 04.. Haha. Yea im old.. im 35 now.. I was building my own ITR back then.. I was saving for the interior pieces for it but sadly she got stolen from the parking lot where I worked.. I was heartbroken I cried for 3days straight! Lol. The police found her 3 days later a few cities over completely stripped.. bastards were nice add drum brakes on there for me.. lol. Came across the 4-door a few years later.. Bought it off a buddy for $2500! Completely stock! It was a clean perfectly running car! It had 110,000 miles on it.. I threw out the tan leather interior and did a full jdm 4-door ITR interior on that one from the dash all the to the rear seats.. One day thought I was getting too old to be driving around in a slammed Integra, so I ended selling it to a friend to purchase a 04 Lexus GS300.. unfortunately my buddy I sold it to got too happy with it that he flipped 4 times onto someones lawn two months later! He walked away without a scratch! Even though Im alot older now.. Married with 3 kids now, I still dream to one day to build up a ITR with a k series motor and finish what I never got a chance to complete with my coupe.

The other difference between the LS and GS was the LS came with 14" wheels with hub caps. The GS had 15" alloy wheels. Also, the RS came with power windows in 1997-1998. The RS model was dropped in 1998.

hey man just want to say keep the videos up ive had swapped hondas my whole life from a b20 ek to 93 si hatch ls vtec to my 2000 si emi now and all my friends have so much more knowledge about hondas then me its nice to be able to hear someone talk about all this because i feel like it's a cheat sheet for a test lol and i appriciate learning more about them so keep up the great content man.

the seam-welded ITR chassis... i've never loved the look, but the ITR chassis is the best track chassis (aside from the nsx) honda ever made.

I was hoping u talked about the engine blocks not the cars. What makes the gsr block different then the b18b or b18a?? Is the b18c1 worth rebuilding or will it b the same as a b18b rebuild??????

In France ou type R DC2 had a B18C6 + torsen (lsd) and 0 options ! The most lighter possible. Thanks for this points because here we have only the type R (selled from 98 To 2001).

Finally it all makes sence, in the Netherlands they only released the type R i guess. Never seen an LS or GS over herr

My SE Sedan actually came with leather, all power everything, and a sun roof basically a GSR without the engine.. and 2 extra doors of course lol. I hear they only made the SE for 96' so im pretty glad about that

Yo, I'm actually pretty interested in getting a teggy for a daily driver. I found a GSR that's pretyy much mint with 110k miles on the body which now has a K20z3 in it. The owner wants $7000 and I'm really unsure of it's worth but it has a lot of custom fabrications and wire tucks in the engine bay, recaros seats, custom steering wheel and some nice wheels. What do you think? Clean title, mint paint and interior.. go for it? Are they good dailys?

What motivates a person to make such a video ?

I have a one owner 2000 ls, I am a tech so it is perfect inside and out. 123,000 K miles. Only mod is Dynamat for quiet ride and a Buddy Club shift knob. My question is the book price seems very low for excellent condition. Since most DC 2s are ragged out is it fair to ask above book value? Not one dent or scratch, seats and carpet as new. Owners manual and window sticker.

they also had an integra type Rx came with yellow recarro seats instead of red and had auto folding mirrors that functioned by remote when you unlocked/locked the doors it was on the cover of a Honda tuning magazine I have somewhere they only made a super limited number of those

Do you guys think a Ls 2 door integra from 2001 with 197xxx miles and clean title is worth it for a first car for $2500 because my neighbor is selling his and I was trying to talk him down to doing 2k at least but he’s firm because he said he took care of it and put more than 1k into the car and has aftermarket rims and Bluetooth stereo... I am 17 and I saved up all summer to buy a car so I was just trying to here other ppls opinions because I like the car the only thing is the mileage is pretty steep for me

Type-R's were not seam welded. Certain parts of the chassis like the subframe were built differently and reinforced though.

Damn-I have the RS...Really Sad,should be the "RS" name-LOL! I have a 1996 RS...Non V-Tech,and its been in the family since 1998...I am now the 3rd owner...Man-she needs a lot of work! It was a donor,since my Jetta took a crap on me...It has the tan interior,and green paint? It looks so wrong,and can't wait to finally getting some some upgrades like paint. Because I live in California,I am leaving the motor stock {for smog reasons}
