Unasked for facts: I don't know if all the older people going jogging are aware of this or what, but it seems that 180 steps a minute (3 per second) is better for your joints. 3 steps a second is faster stepping than these other jogging styles, but you don't want your stride too long if you're not in good enough shape: i.e. you'd prioritize the pace of the steps instead of the running speed. Or something like that. I'm not an expert lol

@cookiegirl14uwu That was me pre-covid trying to create an opening in a busy crowd for me and my friend! I'm used to big city ruffles so a crowd wasn't such a big a deal, but my friends would usually be too scared or too polite so I'd hold their hand and lead the way through!
