An old high school friend worked at Texas Monthly years ago. Through her, my wife and I got to show Pat Sharp around several restaurants in Matamoros. Very nice woman and a really fun night.

This man pronounces words strangely. I have never heard anyone refer to enchiladas as on-childas. It was funnier than when he pronounced añejo anay-ho. Priceless.

I never heard/knew that some people don't like the word fusion. Why not? I cannot imagine why it would be problematic.
