She's delightful. I remember reading about making candy with the heated maple syrup in the snow from one of the Little House on the Prarie books, I think it was Farmer Boy. :)

1st, just like pregnancy, there's no such thing as a 'strict vegan'. A person is either pregnant, or vegan...or not. Period. 2nd, while she didn't appreciate her thoughtful mother's concern for her, all sentient beings, & the environment, by calling what she gave her as 'sadness in a Ziploc', she clearly ended up with 'lack of compassion in her brain'. How can someone take her forward-thinking mother for granted...& be SO ignorant about this subject...in this century, is beside me.
