The drama surrounding the dismissal of Mr. Gough Whitlam as the Labor Prime Minister of Australia - on 11 November, 1975 - by the then Governor-General of Australia, Sir John Kerr - and the subsequent installation, in Parliament, of the Liberal 'caretaker government' and Mr. Malcolm Fraser as the 'caretaker' Prime Minister.

It was a shame that Bill Hayden couldn’t build on treasurer portfolio. It was an efficient and fiscally responsible budget.

The appointment of Field was illegal, just as the senators lost there seats because of dual citizenship in 2019, the senators were replaced with who was next on the ticket. Not what the premiers sought they thought was to replace vacant position. An insult and was illegal, this is why this dismissal may have been on the surface due to poor government. But then to conjure it and set it up and then to say you may have got the majority of Australians who vindicated Fraser in election, does not legitimise it at all.

Field's appointment wasn't 'illegal' at all, it certainly broke with a convention but in no way broke any law. Whitlam blamed himself for not having adequately vetted Kerr prior to his appointment and not having adequately supervised his Treasurer and Minerals Minister both of whom mislead both him and the Parliament, so you don't get to revise history. Deal with it. Your efforts would be better directed at mastering the basic albeit vital life skill of composing grammatically legible sentences than taking wilds stabs at Constitutional Law like a blind man wearing a blindfold on a moonless night. SMH.
