I got this from what felt like 200 successful runs of Lexington Event Center on challenging.. The vest rolled with really great stats. It came with Health and Protection From Elites with 55% ammo... I decided to re-calibrate the vest by rolling off the health for armor... I would have liked to have had Damage to elites but yet I am very happy with the roll.. Just glad it did not roll with electric or something...
