You can keybind consumables. I have them on my mouse buttons(G600 mmo mouse). You can animation cancel reloads by swapping weapon, you can do this with any weapon. You can also make it even faster by using a handstop to speed up reloads like he does. Look through the build on the website. Might bring some understanding. The only cheesy thing is the animation cancelling. Even that's not that dodgy. The rest is legit game mechanics. The commanding weapon talent extends the tac link by 20% every kill. Determined reduces cooldowns by 5% each kill, including the tac link. I've tried a similar build minus the weapons and it works very well.

Plus why would you get Flawless for soloing? That's a group commendation for when you first clear it flawlessly...
