Make it three... I just put it together and marco sums up what pisses me off about this set. Its not useless, but these mechanics force you to play in a way in which you don't really want to... I tried playing around with seekermines and sticky bomb, damage is okay and these are also skills I think you can juggle around somewhat well. Maybe I'm also not "used" to the set enough, only time will tell.

thetute59 I’ve been using tactician I like it to be fair.... I’m glad my heals take me from no health to overheal even without vigorous.... my seekers are putting in deadly work also.... plus it’s better than rolling everything on stamina and being the same as every other build also obviously can but I don’t think tact is made for dz it’s for missions and me personally don’t think there’s a better build... I can only shot one person at a time, my seekers hit multiple with the bleed that’s deadly, plus it’s good when a grenadier hits you, you can fire your bomb (sticky) back at them lol

Maybe in PvP but for those that don’t base all their opinions on how things work in PvP and nowhere else the new Classifieds aren’t underwhelming, at least not Firecrest & Tactician.

THECONCEALEDGAM3R Alright so yes these build might be underwhelming but these are more tactical builds. Using nomad , pred , and strikers are just used to face tank for damage and yes, youd lose. The division isnt a face tank type of game. It’s pure strategy. Using cover, tactically advancing using other skills rather than a simple med station and whoever knows what you might run. Any build can beat any build. For example I use D3-Fnc and yes some strikers might beat me if they cheese the shield but in most cases I win with the dub.

Would it make sense for the skillbuild efficianado to run a 6/7k ele (450k sp with 60 stacks) and rather have some survivability? Just spitballing, I know the stacks will then be RNG. But it seems the reality is like you and marco says, there is no point increasing it above 450k

I thought that at first, but I think you lose some extra utility from high-end gear that way as well. The 5% skill haste and skill power can be obtained other ways (Barrett's 10%, Inventive's 10% for example or skill haste mods) and the 30 then 60 bullets from a tact build is a big ask and I don't think will be practical especially in a PvP build. It could work in PvE depending on the skills you're trying to run, but as you said it then becomes RNG.

Honestly I like what they did to tacticians bc we didn't need another skill one shot meta. Predators bleed can be annoying so I get the complaints with this meta. Nomad is quite annoying too but easy to defeat. Just takes quite a while sometimes. At times when it's really bad in the dz I switch to my final measure edr build. I run 5 piece classified final measure and a rehabilitated mask. I build mostly into stamina with it to be tanky and lots of EDR. The reason I mostly go into stamina tho is bc the skills that give you health back based on a % is better with the more stamina you have. So by running lots of stamina and EDR most predators bleed heal me instead of hurt me. But that is rare to happen. Me and my squad try and run in front of each other a lot to stop the predators from being activated. If you are constantly playing close together and running in front of bullets they will have a hard time being able to put a bleed on you. My point is there are lots of things you can do to counter things in this meta (except strikers lol). There wasn't shit to counter the tanktician meta. The airburst seeker meta in 1.6 was aweful too. I could spec into edr and have more stamina (which was aweful in 1.6) and I would still die in 1 airburst seeker mine. So I'm content with the way 1.8 is. Kinda wish hunters faith was better. And the medved actually was useful but I really have no big gripe with the game right now

I was thinking about this too. 6k electronics 6k FA; still 80% chance to reset to 30% SP and you’re not useless when skills are on CD. You also won’t hit the SP diminish return so that 60% SP buff is actually useful.

6k electronics = 80% chance to keep 60 stack capacity and a bonus 30 stack 9k electronics = 100% chance. If you dont get the bonus on reset youre going to be punished very hard for it.

better team support, with 40k skillpower your team get 40% crit chance per person. also yourself has pretty decent dmg as you have 7k firearm. also you can provide a weapon to refresh signature skill in around 2 min.

it would be perfect as a half support in pve. but in pvp i dont think its valid. looks like massive want us use final measurement only for pvp healer/support rules.
