Been getting packet loss, severe lag, sound cuts in & out, getting kicked & losing all my stuff. It's a true season 1 experience.

I’m seriously thinking about giving up gaming totally because DMZ became a sorta addiction for me, so when it goes down, I’m out and doing something more creative with my time, and props to all the streamers for giving us some of the greatest videos to watch 🤘 cheers DMZ community

I thought it was just me and my cheap internet. I've been experiencing packet loss as well but DMZ has been playable for me

50kills a game was my teammate and took my stealth vest and large bag, go figure... - yeah i was 3 quarters of the way through a game earlier, and the sound went "bye bye". Microphone was dead, no communication with my teammate, couldn't hear him, or footsteps or anything. Been getting MAADD lag, very sad about this man, looks like it might be the end for the DMZ

Phix, when you were gliding down from tower to get the car, and bot yelled Uba Uba, he was actually saying Uber Uber…😂

i thought it was my internet. i've noticed the same thing happening on dmz, mwiii mp and warzone over the past 2-3 weeks

Not just DMZ. On Xbox it's all game modes in mw3 and Warzone.

In eu been getting a lot of packet burst/loss extrapolation, heavy heavy lag sometimes aswell and losing items when I exfil with them. Also enemy vehicles not showing up until they are on your arse also the sound goes from the vehicles. If the servers are in the way down now it’s sad days.

Once DMZ dies i'm just gonna look to you Phix and say "ok bud, where we going now?"

I hope Delta Force fills the gap if DMZ is fully cancelled.

Facts! Mentioned it in chat a few days ago. Checked and rechecked my internet and all was good. Ever since the last Warzone update I can barely play the game.

been suffering really bad DMZ lag / packet loss for at least 5 days on Xbox , pretty unplayable at times

I’ve never had as many problems as I’ve had the last couple days on dmz. Lost long exfil streaks and tons of cash and gear because of it. I play on Ps5 out of NC, and rarely if ever had connection issues

It’s definitely happening Even upgraded my connection and come nights it’s unplayable

Lag was bad last night for me on my PC, I even got kicked and lost everthing right after regaining.

I too have experienced the packet loss since the season 4 reload. It is happening in DMZ and zombies. Reinstalled game with now change.

I'm on a gigabit(up also) connection on PC and have had ZERO issues with latency, packet loss or otherwise. Very strange.

I was getting extremely bad packet loss to the point where once I encountered players I was done for

70 hour work week is stupid. We're at 37,5 here in Iceland and working towards 35

Every other game I lose the weapon I infil with in my primary a lot, but ONLY the first slot, so if I infill with a weapon in my second slot I get to keep it, my first slot is literally broken lol

It's on Invasion as well. Lags everytime into the start on the same map every game in Popov at the start. Bad enough we only have 3 maps for Invasion, but at least they could fix the lag.

I hung up my dmz career a few days ago. To many exploits and the community is growing more and more toxic. I'll come back for the next dmz mode, but i deleted the game for now. The game has changed from the glory it once was. Its bittersweet, but all good things come to an end. Love to all the creators on youtube. You guys were the better part of the community, i will continue to watch and support you.

Glad it’s not just me then but my regular team mates don’t have the problem when I do. Loading into the game takes a little longer than other players in the team. I don’t spawn for a good 8-10 seconds after my team mates do.

Its been happening in MW3 aswell. The only difference is, in MW3 it only happens on occassional rounds, whereas for me atleast, it happens every single round in DMZ. Its been happening ever since they did the recent season 4 reloaded update for MW3.

Should see if it’s on dated platforms… I had the same issue after the last major update and could only play Ashika island. All other maps were unplayable due to packet burst. Upgraded to an Xbox Series X and everything is smooth as silk again.

In my opinion, when the build number recently changed from 9.29 to 9.30, major issues started for us on Xbox. Can anyone comment an opinion on this? Even better, I would love Phixate's input on this.

Played a game with a buddy yesterday and we each had a stealth and med vest and lost in when we spawned in. Never happened before. Lose guns all the time but never a vest

I'm in Canada with fiber optic internet on Xbox, I play quick play most times. Its so bad most times that its unplayable. up to 70ms and 100% packet loss. its been horrible.

I only seem to get it when i have been playing 30 plus of DMZ.

And the AI just bombards you with NPC's as well.

Right now , for me , it's really on playable it sucks. I really want to play DMZ!

Its not just DMZ. I had 100% packet loss for several hours a few days ago on MWZ too.

Lag has been horrible this past week.

I've been getting a lot of lag in the last few weeks (on Xbox), but then I tried warzone for the first time in a while and it was just as bad at times.

There are major server issues with all call of duty titles right now

Also a side note..... one of the world's largest internet lines is being attacked in a sea in the middle east somewhere, by rebels. And it's been causing havoc world wide on Various other websites servers and internet providers. Netflix and hulu both have been having issues and xbox live was down for a min while internet traffic is routed other places and toys to catch up. Online bill payments and things of the such are being delayed some times by days

Hey phix I heard something about them adding a pvpve mode to mwz at some point so maybe in season 5 or 6 or in one of the reloads we will get it Hopefully, especially for you because if DMZ goes away then you got nothing to do

I believe whatever this update did it has made the game hard to play on an older processor. The new xbox series x runs so fast and crispy there is no lag anymore in any of the games. Its not the end of dmz people just need to do an upgrade now.

they also fixed the rgl fire rate but left it broken in dmz so yea....

No issues on the PS5 euro server, no more than usual at least.

I play Xbox UK, Al Maz has been a nightmare, packet loss all the time every time. Ashika is now and again. As you have been saying Phix for months DMZ is going to fail 😢

Alright so this wasnt just in dmz i was experiencing this in warzone and resurgence. My buddy and i both played on an old xbox s so we decided to go get the series x, we both have been playing for 3 days with zero lag and no choppy audio. If you go get the new series x it will eliminate all your lag problems i swear!!!

I have been getting packet bursts in every game for over a week now making it unplayable.

The patch number has changed from 9.29 to 9.30 after the update recently. if it changes again in another update who knows what's gonna happen markus made a vid about it a few days ago asking people if certain things have changed and if anyone has noticed.

I am likely engaging in wishful thinking here Phix, but man, Activision cant be crazy enough to truly abandon DMZ right? They have to be quietly working on a DMZ standalone game, yeah? Probably won’t be out for a couple years and while we have the timeline of COD games for a bit, this is a different type of experience and I could see it being its own release and announcement. There are so many ways for them to make money on it - especially considering they have the platform for the game already built. People like me would spent $100 on a standalone version no problem. Surely they’d add P2W guns and gear etc. When I think of DMZ being dead it’s so weird because it’s been integrated into my life. lol. Heres to holding out hope 🍻
