Donald Glover otherwise known as Childish Gambino is a multi-talented and incredibly influential artist, actor, singer, writer, director. Donald has done many things throughout his career. This will be a video covering Donald Glover as a person and his music stage name Childish Gambino. This video took me a very long time to make, I spent a week writing a 50 page script for this video so I hope you guys enjoy it.

The Donald for Spider-Man hashtag came before Miles Morales was even created. People wanted Donald to play a black version of Peter Parker. The campaign for a back Spider-Man was the inspiration for creating Miles Morales though

this was a very good video but sony wasn’t planning on making a movie about miles. they were gonna make a new spider-man film and fans wanted him to be black. donald ended up not being casted but he was then inspiration for the creation of miles morales

Great video and I love your interpretations of his work but I think it's important to make it clear that your interpretation is one of many, and not the single objective meaning of Gambino's work. I've seen a million other storylines and reference points explored for projects like Because The Internet, so be careful not to narrow the perspective for new fans by phrasing things like "I feel like this means" or "my interpretation is" rather than sounding overly didactic. Let's not put any limitations on such revolutionary and layered art. Thanks!

At 44:25 I wouldn't be surprised that people preferred California in its non-autotune version. There is a certain amount of fakeness in autotune that turns people off. It's probably because there is a connotation to "being carried" by something man made that people don't like. It's similar to how steroids and hrt are frowned in sports despite making sense to use due to the benefits in performance and aesthetics. Lastly, we all know that Donald is fantastic in general, so he doesn't need auto tune.

There's a lot of repetition in this video, and it's very disjointed. You mention things that are connected 20mins apart in the video when it would just make sense to say it all in one section. I think you should've sectioned this in eras rather than layers. Layers is a very subjective thing to go by as well since some of these things are very well known and yet they're in the lower layers?
