Using your bar instead helps a little after the first stabbed bolt plus coming off the crane a hair and using the leverage from the bar to stab that second bolt just goes a bit quicker and you know we want that crane cut loose asap haha

Honestly yeah I gotta get used to using my bar a lot more. I’m gonna switch from 36 to 30 that’ll help haha

It's alot quicker and safer using cherry pickers (MEWP) Double connection in the UK is called 3 ply connection or a 'follow on' by the way we use this connection alot over here. Keep changing the skyline brother and be safe!

quality made beamers are legit. However, I was taught that they work best when they are used above your head.

Most of the time connecting there isn’t anything above your head to tie off to and a lot of times the connectors will walk the dog

First time doing double connections had me sketched out too. But like you said, it really ain't that bad. I just wanna know why non union didn't use them but union does lol

Do the bolts have to face a certain way when connecting/bolting up? Or is it just stab and go?

When connecting it’s doesn’t matter too much. I always try to stab the piece so it doesn’t have to be flipped. But yeah come bolt up time you wanna have the nut and washer on the flag plate, numbers facing out on both
