Salt - 11 grams.
Sugar - 30 grams.
Dry yeast - 8 grams.
Warm water - 360ml
Olive oil - 20 ml.
For a golden brown crust:
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk.
For decoration.
Sesame (black or white).
