Irony is that his so-called disability may be the force that drives him, inspires him and makes him a more confident and sensitive human being. I think about the millions of people whose only disability is their lack of confidence, when within in their own brains is infinite wisdom to accomplish anything they put their hearts to, and are stifled by lack of enthusiasm. Kyle, you are an amazing human being-a true inspiration. I wish millions and millions of people are as privileged as I am that you heart-fully shared your story and I am one of the fortunate ones who got to see this. Many blessings to you and your loving family.

@@aurik122 @@aurik122 thanks for your viewpoint. You use the term "normal" Id be a little more down with that perhaps. But still it creates a derogatory we who wirk and train with Special Olympics kids as I do at times prefer to avoid. What's actually being implied is that Kyle is "irregular" or in your case its implied he's doing so well despite being "abnormal" These are negative connotationa the athletes don't hold to and we who train them do not condone because it is simply wrong. Just because they content with disease does not make them irregular or abnormal.

Dudes ripped. That’s incredibly hard for someone with Down Syndrome to gain muscle like that. He’s a unit of a man.

It's nice to see those with disabilities not letting them get in the way of achieving their goals. I see people every day who have a handicap placard because they are fat for instance who find every excuse not to change something that is 100% fixable and expect special treatment because of it. You have those that are both mentally and physically able to work but expect someone else to pay their way. Then, you have Kyle, with 3 jobs, an active martial artist/bodybuilder who has a legitimate disability that is incurable and you watch him shine through it all and become more that most people without a disability will ever achieve. No excuses from him, just hard work and a strong will. Hats off to this guy. Those able with excuses and a freeloading mentality should be ashamed.

In spite of his critics, he never put those weights downs. He wouldn't let the haters bring him downs. And his stepdad is amazing for giving him support and holding him downs.
