This is my Dr. Ratio Experience
Hi everyone!
Today, January 17th, the second half of update 1.6 in Honkai Star Rail was released. And Dr. Ratio with it. But fortunately, it was distributed to everyone absolutely FREE.
Dr. Ratio is the Imaginary DPS of the Hunt path. His damage is solid and gameplay based on follow-up attacks. Since there are only two Imaginary DDs, and everyone has Ratio, I advise you to upgrade and try him yourself!

Me too, when I heard hsr is giving away Dr. Ratio I downloaded it while on Silwerwolf and Argenti's banner. I saved for exactly 1 month then pulled on Ruan Mei's banner, lost 50/50 to Bronya then got Ruan Mei with a total of 177 pulls.

It baffles me how perfectly fit he is for Topaz; they compliment each other's kits due to how similar they are. Just add SW to the mix and you got insane chain follow-ups between them.

Fr. Topaz and SW are his best teammates. Topaz's follow-up attack damage buffs + SW being able to inflict 5 debuffs all by herself means Dr. Ratio's follow-up attacks will always deal maximum damage. That part of the kit that adds 20% bonus damage based on the number of debuffs on the enemies, maxing out at 5, is just absurd. Let alone considering how easy it is to throw his follow-up attacks. Sometimes, I get surprised when he throws his follow-up and it shreds 50% of the boss's HP.

Even with unbuilt relics (like, level 3-9 on most of them), he was pulling work in SU with Topaz and SW on Elation. I'm talking equal chalk damage compared to Numby despite Topaz rocking a full FuA relic set fully built...

Nah they buff each other. Topaz buffs follow ups and ratios consistently followup is consistently trigger numby.

You're half-correct half-wrong. Topaz is made to buff the damage output of ALL follow-up attack units, not just Dr. Ratio. But yeah, this is part of the reason why it's great to invest/pull on units like Topaz, Kafka, and SW, who were designed to enable future characters. Once Black Swan drops, we might get to see a Dr. Ratio + Topaz situation again with BS and Kafka.

I love how the honkai star rail team puts a lot of effort into their game for their players to enjoy. Personally, I enjoy HSR way more then genshin. And i hope the Honkai star rail team keeps up the great work. I already love how we get a lot of rewards, the events, animations and end game content. It's amazing.

Idk if you knew this, but the Aurumaton Gatekeeper has a 40% resistance to Imaginary, so against it, your Dr. Ratio is basically doing half damage. So his numbers should actually be higher than expected for half the video haha

Elation team goes hard with Dr. Ratio now. Also 3:44 so if the skill ends the boss' current phase, the follow-up attack won't be triggered. Interesting

boss phases doesn’t count as them being defeated, so Ratio’s talent FuA, the hunt’s “restore 60% energy after defeating enemy” and other effects similar to those won’t be triggered.

I played and this is wrong. Dr. Ratio's follow up does trigger once the boss gets to a new phase, it's just in the video it looks like There wasn't a 100% chance

I know it was probably just for the memes, but you can't use both Welt and Dr. Ratio's techniques together (like 2:28). They're both considered Domains/fields, so the second one will overwrite the first. The same applies to Himeko and Jingliu.

He's really fun to play.. and he really embodies a hunt character.. because his follow up deals the most damage in his kit.. meaning he won't stop attacking until someone dies(at least that's how his aura feels like).. he can literally attack the same character for 4 times in one cycle..

Started playing Star Rail very recently and literally just because of Firefly being a sort of Tekkaman Rider so I'm getting in early to save up shiny space rocks to spend on train tickets. I didn't expect a free character to be both genuinely good and also a really great character, its honestly never gotten old hearing his voice lines and watching chalk fly and pillars fall. So now I have two reasons to stay. Dr Ratio and the walking tokusatsu meme generator. Arguably three, for trashcan dialogue.

I had a math teacher similar to him when I was a kid. Female version though. Ppl like these are good teachers as long as you can weather their words. My teacher used to say kids aren't technically so stupid they can't do math, but most of them are too lazy to practice math and understand. Not "memorized" formula but "practice" the formula. She called us lazy a lot, never "idiot" or "stupid" bcs some of us never "practice". She liked it when someone can find a different formula than hers but still get the same result. I used to do this. She's also one of the rare teacher that never mind it when I asked a lot of questions. I was a noisy and curious kid when it comes to subjects I like. So she was amazing with her patience. I love math bcs of her. Some of my friends completely felt terrorized by her though. I never did. I think she was the best math teacher ever.

I joined HSR when it was first released. I knew their generosity was insane when I got a 5-star on day one- But this is on a whole new level. I had to quit HSR because I only have my phone and there wasn’t enough space for both games and I had more investment in Genshin. Came back for Dr. Ratio and the rewards y’all get are INSANE

Dr. Ratio and Topaz double ult trigger funniest shit i've pulled off with the both of them. If you have both ults ready to use and it's Topaz's turn next pop both ults and any buff ults and basic attack with Topaz to trigger both ults twice which will have full effect of all buffs applied to both characters

To be fair it well within realm of reason for yukong to be a dps, both her normal and burst can do DPS levels of dmg, but you’d need her to loop her whole team and have high enough ER to consistently burst, so its not exactly optimal

Odd choice for a Harmony Character, Asta Does the Job Better, Even then I rather use The Harmony Characters I have
