My guest today is Dr. Amy Conrad, back as a recurring guest. For those of you who don't know her, she is a board certified pediatrician, mom, and ally of the modern parent.
She hosts Ask Doctor Amy as a podcast and KZfaq channel, and founded Kinder, the first digital pediatric clinic to directly provide care to families.
She also just launched her very first app in the Apple app store called Kid Dose, a must have for any parent. Kid Dose is a weight based calculator that quickly and safely calculates the exact medication dose that your child needs for the most common over the counter medications, including tylenol and ibuprofen. It's never something you plan for - your child getting miserable, having trouble sleeping, and developing a high fever in the middle of the night.
