From a person who does not care abt football... Ronaldinho is the only legend I remember as a kid. He's the only football player who inspired me. Due to the videos of him and his skills.

I remember growing up and people always bringing up his name. They’d try to do the newest trick they’ve seen him do that week. Took tons and tons of tries and when you figured it out. Ronaldinho had just come up with a dozen or so more. My favorite thing to say to these footballers was, “You can do the trick, cool. Now do it in the flow of the game and remember to be smiling throughout.” I was never big into any one sport. I did have to sit and watch him play though.
