Delta Force, officially known as the 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta (1st SFOD-D), is a renowned special operations unit within the United States Army. This elite force goes by various names, such as Combat Applications Group (CAG) and Army Compartmented Elements (ACE). When collaborating with the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), they are referred to as Task Force Green.
Delta Force operates under the command of JSOC and is dedicated to executing high-stakes missions, which encompass counterterrorism, hostage rescue, direct action, and special reconnaissance. Their expertise often leads them to target high-value individuals.

100 Sucessful missions the " BlindBats" made ...BlindBats Killin Kats ..please give a thanks to the pilot out of east orange. WE made eye contact 100%I flagged myself an air cab ..I literally could have stepped upon the wings and smooched that pilots face . Thanks to all the ones that noticed I needed outta there . . Thankful to the 2 retired MarineVets who parked their semi and road with me all the way back to Oklahoma on greyhound. 😅I know they wanted to put all 3 of us off ❤we were perfectly content being menace to one another..I should think my PO S. CCT is right at the top of the hardest pipelines. Although BUDS hell week gets a LOT of attention, most if not all Special Warfare schools have similar physical requirements and training. Here, it is "stress week." The real differences come later in each school based on the mission. CCT controls airfields at the front edge of battle area and beyond. Therefore, in addition to the other training, CCT members graduate as FAA certified flight controllers (and some retire to work civilian air traffic control)

Intelligence Support Activity(ISA) is the real quiet ones they’re one of 5 tier 1 units that barely anyone remembers or heard of More ISA, Regimental Military Intelligence Battalion(RIMB) and 24th STS please. They seem like the real quiet professionals.

As a founding member Delta is the best, most efficient and feared Spec Ops unit in the world. Even the SAS said we were the best. And we were formed before 1977. Best part, the world didn't know we existed for 18 years, and that secret approach exists to this day

@@American1clickout There's something called a "throwaway account" and "VPNs" (like Mullvad) in order to mask your true identity. E-mails can easily be made anonymously as well. These usually have bogus information which aren't real at all. Even Google can't completely know whom you are. It is your choice to believe the authenticity of OPs message or not. But please think before claiming ownership of valuable information that you don't even have. This makes you look incredibly childish and how some eventually would say: a "skid".

Yes people....delta is top notch....but lets not forget, they were all basic riflemen, and went to boot camp, and started as an E-1 in their respective branches, before joining elite cliques. They also suffer heavy casualties just like we do in standard military units, no matter what the branch....yes ...special forces are lethal. But they arent bulletproof...even as dangerous as they are, lets not forget all other vets still training and still playin their part to keep america safe....i did 4 years at 29 palms in the marines as a forward observer wit 7th marines infantry. It was not easy....semper fi brothers. 14:12

Many SEAL team 6 members try to jump to delta but do delta jumps to SEAL team 6.

@@adamjones2678 only one dude has done it (Kevin Holland) and that was because DEVGRU wouldnt take him back after he left, multiple CAG guys have said that he was the only one. CAG does recruit from every branch while DEVGRU only takes SEALs. Also there have been many CAG guys that have failed BUDS and ended up in the Army. Check your facts.

You guys don’t know who is “the best” at all. This nagging penchant to rank Tier 1 operators is ridiculous and pointless. The fact is, they are all first rate operators. The SEALS tend to operate in a more maritime environment than Delta, but they all overlap. They all jump. They all can operate in the desert, mountainous, icy or an urban environment. Whatever. Bottom line: they’re ALL badass.

The best answer ever was on a podcast that had a Seal, Delta, SAS guy. The Delta guy said " Look y'all want us to go at one another" He said for a while the best was a Deal Team because he said the #1 guy was the best in special teams and his team has been together for a while. They also had what they all thought was the best commanding Lieutenant. The Seal was younger than the other two na and said when he started going on real missions a Delta Team was known as being the best. The Delta guy who bought it up this way did start laughing along with the guy from SAS. I guess during that task force thing, SAS had a dude who had been on so many missions, (fuck I forgot his name) only gave nickname as well as like 5 of his guys. The Delta guy said they all knew when they were going out it was fucking serious. Anyways thought that was a cool answer and how much they all agreed and appreciated each other. Also some seals who were not Devgru but still like blue team, said when Delta and SAS walked in the base , everyone looked with amazement. The Seal said oh this is the real pros.. LOL

Considering that the 75th itself is a very small elite group it would make sense that they would recruit heavily from them. There are more Green Berets in SF than there are Rangers in the 75th, and by a large margin (15k? GB vs less than 3k Rangers). Especially in the Regimental Reconnaissance Company within the STB Edit: edited for added context since I’ve already confused someone 😂

@@retrogoon7182 To be in the 75th Ranger Regiment you must be a US Army Ranger (Ranger tab). Ranger school is different, it’s a leadership and survival school that anyone in the mil who qualifies can attend, where they are granted the Ranger scroll. The scroll does not make you a Ranger, it just illustrates you have successfully completed a course. You do not need to go through Ranger school to be in the Ranger Regiment, though some do have both the tab and the scroll (Rangers who have also gone through the leadership course called ‘Ranger school’).

@@retrogoon7182 US Army Ranger is it’s own MOS / service docket. That’s why they have their own selection process. Maybe you’ve met green berets who’ve gone through the selection and then transferred into the regiment, or were attached to a 75th battalion for something. But being assigned to an A team as a green beret is its own role / MOS. They aren’t interchangeable, you’re in one unit or the other, even though they of course work closely together all the time

I was part of a number of these included night stalker prowler and howler well i was one of those your not allowed to look at but had to take orders regardless and i proceed this way. As i was spec ops recon sniper during fallujah and enduring freedom i spent a ojt 5 +years stationed bouncing around.
