yeah I noticed that. he’s so patient. he listens intently and doesn’t interrupt, and prompts people who were interrupted before to say what they wanted to say. he has interesting questions prepared and knows how to come up with good follow up questions on the spot, and he has quality commentary or insights. it also helps that his voice is nice to listen to, idk, it’s just like calm and reassuring somehow lol

Yh I really hope examples like this will have him seen and hope that he takes such opportunities. Both his voice and demeanor are perfect for radio/pods/interviews.

@@auxiliaryc-nt exactly! they usually invite dream to interviews because they want him to address something or defend/justify himself and his stance on something. But this time actually on the Eboys Podcast we get to see and sit in an actual casual conversation with Dream. It’s lighthearted and logical and he got to answer things that the fans are actually curious abt (ie; the talk abt the DSMP and his music career). Plus the conversation here regarding his planned face reveal was not shallow and he was actually asked of his fears and boundaries regarding it. It was rlly cool :))

@@Musti_19 as someone who has seen some of their previous podcasts I can totally see where you are coming from. They’re usually scuffed but in this one they are idk but maybe well behaved and civil that it feels different from their usual content. I on the other hand as a fan of Dream, is tired of all the drama channels inviting him for controversial interviews so this was a breathe of fresh air for us and it gave us comfort. There’s always multiple sides to the narrative and I completely respect your thoughts on this! Glad I was able to view the perspective of an OG listener and enjoyer of this podcast. Thank you :)))

Also- I used to watch BadBoyHalo's streams in 2014 as well. He was an admin on mcpvp, more specifically the community manager (im not sure if thats the exact name) so he would livestream certain events on the server, etc. He maybe averaged 30 viewers. I never knew who Sapnap was (Although I know his old IGN was PandasCanPvP, which is a name I recognize from some old videos but he never stood out). GeorgeNotFound was in some videos with bball0928 who was a pretty big youtuber on mcpvp, and I watched him a lot. George was just another british squeaker back then, who could've known what they'd be today.

So I don't really flex it that much Theres so many people from that old community that I've been subbed to since 2013/2014 and now they're huge youtubers. Rizzo from rocket league, BBH, Dream, BeastTrollMC, schmockyyy, etc. All of them came from the mcpvp community. Also, mcpvp was basically the hypixel of it's time. It had like 2 million+ users, so being part of that community isnt that rare, its just that most of them dont play minecraft or keep up with it anymore. Seeing all these youtubers from mcpvp blow up is really cool, brings back some really good memories of when I was younger and playing with my friends on those servers all day.
