100% mate....I think i'm a lot quicker round that oval ( easier too) with my stock 29cc lost 5b than i am with my 50cc losi 5t!... but the 29 is sooo easy to control... 50cc plus not so much! ;)

exactly...applies to the real world too. I was reading recently about a 63 corvette that had close to stock sized tires on it and 900 hp.....it will smoke the tires off if you give 1/4 throttle at the line and if you hammer it in any gear it will break the tires loose. I thought "that's just stupid". That 900 hp is useless if you can't use it. In fact, just about any car, even a stock honda civic, would beat it off the line.

There is hardly any competitive racing in 1/5 scale in England very few tracks cater for it here they mostly bash,but there's plenty in 1/8 scale nitro and 1/10 electric indoor competitive racing here

my 50 clocked 55mph or there abouts on grass. it could pull bigger gearing though, so yes i'd say 60mph is achievable
