Offering a muscular appearance, 3 different V8s, and a 710 horsepower Hellcat, the Durango is still very popular, selling over 53,000 times in 2023. What makes the Durango so popular? Yes the Durango lives on for 2024 and 2025! So I guess 2 more years of Hemi engines here 🔥

@@MarspeedCars Family friend works at Chrysler assembly. There will be NO Durango in 2025. There will be NO Hemi's soon in ANY vehicle. New Durango name will be Stealth....with the V6 you mentioned.

Love my 2018 Durango. Hate that the GPS doesn’t work anymore or that the rear signal light say they don’t work and need to be replaced but they legit work and the “stop start” feature doesn’t work because I replaced it with 2 brand new batteries. Looking forward to changing my spark plugs at my 100k to see what adventures await. MOPAR or no car!!

You forgot to mention two things: cloth seats replaces the previously standard leather-suede seats in the RT. And the sunroof option is no longer an option.

I was a Chrysler tech for about a year and a half up until recently. The Durango to me is very solid. They only seem to have problems when they get higher mileage on them, which is expected of any vehicle.

The current gen Durango is my favorite full size SUV. I love its aggressive muscular exterior styling and the sound and attitude of the V8s. I see them all over the place and it's a more common sighting than its Ford rival, the Expedition. I love getting to see the Durango 5.7 PPV involved in pursuits. And it's so nice to see that Dodge is still offering all 3 V8s with the Durango.

I mean I guess I understand why 21 Hellcat owners would be a bit upset but for the rest of us it gives us a chance to own a hellcat. The Durango Hellcat is my favorite iteration and I cannot wait to own one. I have a 20 RT and Ive absolutely loved owning and driving it. I can only imagine this but better for the Hellcat

Durango just begs for a widebody. Add an option for lift kit, temperature controlled cup holders with extended fuel tank and I'm sold.

19/26/21. (SXT, SXT Plus, GT) V6: RWD 18/25/21: Same trim & engine as RWD 3.6L Pentastar V6 but w AWD 14/22/17: 5.7L Hemi V8.: For Citadel & RT 13/19/15: 6.4L Hemi V8 SRT & 392. From 2017-2024. * 12/17/13: SRT Hellcat: 2021. + 2023&2024 * AWD only.

4:55 5:35 I’ve yet to see an SRT+ Durango with 7 seatbelts. I’ve also yet to see aside from Pursuit package, a vehicle with 3rd row delete. It’s in the brochures.

The SRTs only come with 6 seats, and I would think most people option their SXT to have 3 rows aka SXT Plus. Otherwise why are they really buying a Durango haha

It is, but there aren’t any improvements from previous generations there. My 08 Aspen with the 5.7L also tows 8,900. So they couldn’t get any more out of it all these years later

Wish they offered an L model like the Jeeps do. A too small cargo space made us trade our Durango Citadel Alloy Edition for a (gulp) GMC Yukon XL Denali. First GM we have owned in decades. As one of GM’s top models, it’s really disappointing.

Dodge has nothing going on with there line. You would think they could do something fresh with the rear end. Also maybe some new colors to go along with it, not the same boring ones they have been using for the last decade.

I honestly love the look of the Durango and can’t complain. I don’t have many bad things to say about this thing, love the look and performance. Maybe the price is too high but that’s about it.
