Julia...what a breeze of fresh air you are! You make dishes that are easy for everyone, including this older guy. Also, you do something that I have never seen on any cooking channel; you pour things while spilling, but don't take the ridiculous time to film cleaning it up! Thank you. And, along those lines, you don't obsess, again taking film time, cleaning out, or transferring each and every morsel of each ingredient. She JUST upgraded her videos with the move into a new house. I think that kick started her channel. She will grow in no time with doing now more frequent, better recipes and I can even tell she spends more money on her content. I don't know if she only does this as a stay at home person...but its waaaaaaaay different from the videos she was doing.

Love the recipes. With the tater tot casserole, for those who have non-mushroom eaters, use cream of chicken soup or canned cheese soup. Works wonders and tastes good. I personally love mushrooms, but no one else in my house does 😢

Casseroles are my FAVORITE! Never once had one growing up. As an adult I could literally eat Casseroles every single night of my life & often left over casserole tastes even better the next day! Even when I make other things for the sake of my family, I still mix all my stuff together...I'm just weird like that 😜 -- I'm always looking for new & different casseroles. EVERY SINGLE one of these seriously looks REALLY good! I'm definitely going to make every one of these in the month of June!!!

I make a tater tot casserole exactly like this one except instead of onions i dice up celery and use cream of celery soup. It’s really yummy too. Love your easy budget friendly recipes 💖

Thanks for these recipes. My mother in law had 2 strokes and is having trouble cooking and eating. These casseroles are easy for her to eat, chewing is causing her so much trouble. She loves these meals that I bring her making it a little easier to chew. Thanks again for the ideas

I too suffered from a stroke at 48 and I'm just now getting back into cooking and I love her recipes too not only are they easy for me to cook but like your MIL its easy to eat no choking hazzard like hard crust or croutons.

@@bridgetharrison103 I'm really sorry to hear that you had a stroke. 48 is to young I do hope you are doing well. I ended up getting Covid and stopped breathing a few times. I'm 45 I just always think of an elderly person who have strokes or who is in the hospital with a sickness. I hope you continue to improve and feel better.

@@bridgetharrison103 I also had a seizure. I've never had one before. I'm a diabetic so that may have been a part of it. I was in Duluth MN hospital for a month. I'm out now and home but on oxygen. I can't breathe if I move to much. Anyway everyone seems to react differently to Covid. So glad you are getting the help you need. Hopefully every day is little bit better..

These are all great recipes! Using canned soup adds so much flavor, and it's very nostalgic! I make one with chicken, mushrooms, sage and cream of mushroom, with a handful of peas, then top the whole thing with Bisquick drop biscuits and bake.

I actually LOVE that you toss the spices in without measuring most of the time. It makes the recipes seem less time intensive and easier which I appreciate.
