Delicious pickled tomatoes. I strongly recommend cooking in season when the tomatoes are tasty and juicy.
Ingredients:
600-700 g small tomatoes.
A bunch of parsley.
4 cloves of garlic.
1/2 hot pepper.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
2 teaspoons sugar.
A teaspoon of herbs de Provence.
pinch of pepper.
2 teaspoons vinegar 9%.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
Lay out 1/2 of the tomatoes.
Spread 1/2 sauce.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
