There simply isn't any easier way to make homemade jam than sous vide jam. This method is perfect for small batches, which makes it a perfect use for that over-ripened fruit! This recipe can easily be adapted to make homemade jelly or preserves as well!
We make strawberry jam in this episode, but provide the ratios to apply to any fruit jam. We also compare the consistency to store bought jelly.
