Hello Samantha just a update on my hair since I started following you .. I made the clove oil leave in conditioner & clove oil and I absolutely love it .. did a mild perm Sunday and use the products and I can honestly said my hair has really grown and it’s healthy the it’s ever been since I been doing your DIYs.. and the ladies there hair is coming along quite nicely too. Thanks too you🥰. I just watched this pumpkin oil video and I want to try this too guess can I get these seeds from Amazon.. I have pretty much made all the oils Rosemary and mint and basil almost gone.. I still have olive oil & clove and I made the fenugreek and clove as well… we are so pleased with the results of all these recipes and I must say our confidence is back too. I add about three to 4 cloves, essential oils (I chose few drops of peppermint, rosemary and tea tree oil) to my DIY pumpkin seed oil. I wouldn't take this pumpkin seed/sunflower oil concoction orally. Pumpkin seeds may be good for you but sunflower oil much like soybeans oil, vegetable oil, corn oil, canola oil is really bad for your heart and arteries. Oils we should be using and that has much healthier fats are olive oil, palm oil, coconut oil, avacado oil. Do your own Research on this truth. Just thought I should let folks know🤷🏿♀️. For the hair, pumpkin seed oil is wonderful.

Hi there. No, pumpkin seed oil does not help with premature greying. It promotes hair growth and stops hair thinning. You can also use henna with indigo to colour your hair, but do some reserve about henna first. Samantha quick question is the clove oil as effective as the clove spray someone wants to know?

Hi Tina my lovely. Yes, it absolutely is, but you need to ‘marinate’ it for about a month for it to be the most effective. It gets more potent over time, just because it takes longer for the cloves to infuse oil vs water. The only thing to remember about clove oil is that it can become TOO potent, if you leave the clove buds in the oil for more than 1-2 months. So it’s recommended that you take the buds out of the oil after a month to avoid potential side effects. 😊❤️

Hello Tina 😀 The oil and spray will have similar effects. The lentils will have the added bonus of strengthening the hair follicles. So I’d actually recommend your friend uses both the spray and oil. Hey Tina 😊 A pre-poo treatment is any treatment you do before you shampoo your hair. So you can use masks, conditioners, herbal teas or even oils (like a hot oil treatment). They are really good if your hair is very dry or is particularly damaged or needs a boost (like after a long-term protective style). I wouldn’t say they are absolutely necessary, but they can be very helpful. The ones with good slip can help with detangling prior to shampooing and therefore will help reduce tangles during the washing process. Also, some people just don’t like the smell of spices and herbs in their hair so would prefer to use the treatments as prepoos.
