It was from the beach vibes bundle in the premium shop. Hopefully it will come back around because it is super cute and one of my favorite shirts in the game.

How can I get the beautiful pink cherry blossom trees? I'm the biggest newbie only at level 16 - will they appear at Scrooges store later - or? 🥺💖 Your Valley are absolutely goal! Hopefully I'll get there in 5 years. 😅

I got them in the premium shop and they should be there right now (til tomorrow night) you’ll get there! Take your time and enjoy the gameplay. I’m not near as far along as others but I have been playing for almost a year so I have collected a lot of things (I’m a hoarder…lol)
