While there are requirements for windows 11 install. There are ways in which you can install windows 11 bypassing these requirements.
Just so that you are aware, Microsoft has advised against installing windows on a system that does not meet these requirements because of "compatibility issues". Installing windows 11 on a computer that does not meet the requirements means that you assumes the risk.
