Sold for the last three years I'm now done ,tallied up my total losses with fraudulent returns around 2k of losses total . You name it, have had items sent back that were switched out, empty boxes and one time a box with litter in it.Not once got sided with, if I was lucky to even get ahold of CS which was rare.They never once sided with me so I just took the losses without even trying.The rising fees plus now that the IRS will be coming after reseller's hard made me quit.Just got a job at the gas station down the street it's somehow way less stressful.

As I commented on the earlier video about this scammer issue, here in the UK sending 'noxious substances' through the postal system is a criminal offence and, based on your remarks, similar regulations exist in the US. However, you also say that the second package reused the same label; this makes it a 'loss prevention' issue which postal services tend to take far more seriously than potential upset or injury to customers!

Hi Kevin, firstly would like to say thank you for your honest and helpful flipper thoughts. I can’t speak for eBay USA but eBay UK are starting to address all the angst regarding sellers and buyers. I’ve been fortunate enough to be selected to be part of the research (not a full time seller, just a side hustle to my full time job) and they are selecting all diverse sellers, which is good - one offs, gently monthly, now and again and full on. Hopefully they will do (or are/have already instigated) Hopefully I can have a voice here and things will improve for all of us. Thank you, keep up the good work Kevin 👍

Man I am seeing a big increase in people messaging me, sometimes hours before the package even arrives....or within minutes to an hour after its delivered, saying "hey, the 'x' has a hole in it/ripped fabric/didnt turn on/etc". I inspect all my items 3 times over and make sure there are not any flaws. It seems to be people with newer accounts/less feedback. So I ask them to please send me photos of the damage and Ill gladly do what I can to help you and its always the same response "No, its not damage, it came that way in the box, Im gonna keep it but I wanted to let you know" or countless other excuses.

I have sent products that people have bought to previous buyers. Simply because I scanned the wrong QR code. It's my fault but the fact that it gets delivered is amazing to me. You would think it wouldn't reprint the postage label.

My advice, make this the last package from them you discuss. I think they are escalating, it might get real bad. Let it die out, they feed off attention.

Again, you can refuse ANY package delivered to your house or PO box. Just start sending them back and stop giving them the attention on your YT. That is what they crave. You are giving them exactly what they want. IMHO

I just wish you WOULDN'T open the package. There are soo many worst case scenarios in my head. I would truly say this is now truly a case of, AT THE VERY LEAST, harassment, but, the awful things people in this world do is at an all time high (or low, however you look at it!) DO make a complaint to the mail inspectors, maybe BEFORE you open it cause quite possibly there is evidence and if this is a habitual problem from that address, they can link all the crimes together. And that's the bottom line, THIS IS A CRIME and think if they send something bad, really bad and Dad picks up your mail. These idiots don't think about the impact of their actions or just don't care. I care. Kudos to YOU for not stooping to their level even though some urged you to do just that which is why I am a "fan". Moral ground is NOT shaky ground and you stand firm. Feel better, be smart, and be SAFE!

While I appreciate you bringing this to light for us common folks, every time you make a video about it, the dipstick doing this is getting their rocks off by the attention. Perhaps take appropriate action with the postal cops and never bring it up again. It'll drive them nuts wondering if you ever received their amazing gifts. You know they're watching.

I hope you get a speedy resolution on this nasty event that is happening. I wonder if the Postal Inspector in the State that the packages are coming from would be interested to find out the kind of stuff you are getting. Maybe even their County Sheriff's dept. for harassment. For your kidney Stones.... My husband has a long history of them, and years ago he was told by a co-worker that his Dr. recommended he start drinking Crystal Light Lemonade powdered drink mix. (Not the Pink Lemonade, the Yellow Lemonade.) When My husband mentioned it to his Dr., he agreed. The Citric Acid helps to help alleviate some of them them from forming, or at least, keeps them much smaller. We always keep a gallon in the fridge. His problems with Kidney Stones are now almost non-existent. It sure can't hurt to try it.

Over a year ago I saw a video on here by a Loungefly reseller who had a return request on a bag that sold for hundreds and got back a box of junk. EBay saw she recieved the return and refunded the buyer, she disputed it and for a while eBay did nothing. As I recall she called the police in the town where the buyer lived and reported the theft. If I remember correctly they did arrest the guy, but this was a theft of hundreds. Not sure the police local to this college would be concerned unless all of you who have had this happen send in reports at the same time.

if you go to the post office you need to ask to speak to the Post Master as opposed to anyone on the counter. They will take care of things much faster. We had an issue with our mail man not delivering our mail for whatever reason and we kept calling, going in to the post office, it wasn't until we asked for the post master that things were taken care of right away.

If you wouldn't have said anything about being sick, I doubt if viewers would have noticed you were ill. I dislike Ebay except for price checking. I started out on Ebay in 2020-21 when they were going through so many changes. I did get discouraged, and once they started counting postage as income, I moved all my sales over to Mercari, which is much more user friendly and not so greedy--In my opinion! I am not making a killing, but as a retiree, I work part time as a substitute teacher therefore, selling on Mercari is an enjoyable side hustle. I doubt if I am making a profit yet, but it does bring in a little bit of money. I got hung up on buying plush due to ADHDave, but my plush sell so rarely, and that is disappointing. I'm trying to figure out what I can do better to bring buyers to my store. Right now I have a huge pile of items that need to be listed, so I will get busy on that shortly. Prayers that your family all gets over this virus soon. I also hope Ebay and USPS does something to those students sending garbage in the mail as a return. That is criminal as well as gross. They should expel them for lack of ethics and fraud.

Unfortunately I think that eBay IS THE Scammer! I have 2500 items listed and have Not had a sale for 4 days straight!! I promote at 9% give 7% off and have a 20% off coupon and still I can't get ONE sale a day consecutively. Last month Jan 2024 I had 13k listed and sold $134! I've been on eBay since 1999 and had 3 stored at one time and this is my last one and it's about over!

I received an offer at 3:26am from a person that had over 1,300 reviews with 100% positive. They only had two items listed for sale, one of which was a picture with a topless woman. I decided to decline the offer. Better safe than sorry.

Mail in general is an extremely vital part of the us infrastructure not only for important information relays. But for e-commerce. The United States is the largest retail consumer on earth with that the financial system relies on the integrity of our postal services. So yes people are going down soon.

Not sure if you could but perhaps get the local news to cover the problem to make even more people aware of the situation, even if it has nothing to do with them. It could potentially get the ball rolling with rectifying the whole situation

Using multiple labels with the same numbers IS mail fraud and the postal inspectors take that very seriously. Please report it to them. There are many offices so check with postmaster for your local inspectors office.

Can you just take that to your local Post Office? And file a complaint about that person and have the Post Office handle it or does eBay not allow that. Did you get charged for that second label?

If you are going to turn the case over to the Postal Inspectors, I would suggest not opening that package. Let them do it. It could have evidence they need and or there could be something dangerous in it. Let the experts with the right equipment do it. Just a suggestion.
