Zone 2 training has been all the rage lately so WHOOP VP of Performance Science, Principal Scientist, Kristen Holmes was joined by author and endurance coach Paul Laursen. Paul is the Co-Founder and CEO of HIIT Science, the Co-Founder and Head of Product for Athletica, and co-host of the Training Science Podcast. Thanks for sharing. Very useful. Zone 2 is simply brilliant. Low barrier to entry, very beneficial for health and compounds the benefits upon the other zones.
