That’s always something I look for, hate when vents dictate my furniture arrangements. Also make sure the light switch is the first thing u hit instead of the fan switch n bathrooms unless it doesn’t matter to u.

Hi there Chance, I really enjoy your your videos. I watch them all. (And I always hit the LIKE BUTTON for you). And I don’t care how you say utility! 😆 I only have one comment which is that I am a woman who really likes a beautiful bathtub. A good soaker, and also, I like it when there’s an environment created around it. So please give the bathtub equal time to the shower. I know you are a shower guy! So that’s all I wanted to say. I like when you point out the different features in the homes. You’d be surprised how easy it is for the viewer to miss things! I live in Canada (tho my Mom was from the Southern States). I wish we had some one up here doing these great tours too.

We went to see this trailer today and fall in love with it,but it’s just sad because the price with this now went up to 212,000 😞😞😞I really want this trailer so bad😭😭😭I wish it still 118,000 would love to buy this for our family to move in.😞

I love this kitchen. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet is really nice. Except... it looks like you have to go all the way back around, from the closet, thru the bath and back thru the bedroom in order to get out of there!?! I like the wide livingroom. And the jack n jill bathroom is really nice. My biggest complaint about manufactured homes are the huge vents placed in the middle of room, hallways, right next to bathtubs, in the middle of the kitchen floor! This is the biggest thing that separates site built homes from manufactured. They just can't quite get past the trailer stage, can they?

They do put the vents in some odd places. If you order one yourself, putting the vents in the ceiling is an option you can choose.

I'd make one room a den and add a fireplace there because I really settle with three bedrooms. Just the hubby and I and we don't get many visitors. It's still enough to accommodate if we happen to have company staying over. I really love the space and for that price, it can't be beat!

Do you have any homes that you have toured in North Texas? When I go to buy I am paying cash so I don't want to wait too long for it, lol. These are the absolute best prices I have seen out there for doublewides! I am so scared that when I ask another dealership they will jack the prices up so high I won't be able to get one! In Texas, the prices are absolutely ridiculous for mobile homes! I am trying to do all I can to get one at the most affordable price I can. Thank you so much for this channel! absolutely stunning homes!!

I have not toured anything outside of Alabama unfortunately. I believe some of the brands I have toured are available in Texas though. Just have to check the manufacturer’s web site. Thanks for watching!

In CA we have gas appliances: stove, heater, dryer. Is there a law against this in other states? All I see in these videos are all electric homes!

You can pick an appliance package when you order a home. You have choses in different colors and I’m fairly positive you can get gas appliances also. They will not deliver a home with a gas fireplace though.

The floors are horrible, the sliding barn door in the dining area is too..The tall back on the second bathtub covers most of the window, not sure what that is for. Too bad because it could have been a decent place to live.

Decent floorplan, but screams TRAILER!!! Sheet of linoleum floor run the whole length, and horrid grey trailer panelling in closets. Again - a decent home, but NO QUALITY.
