On Mount Kungang, both men and animals live in peace. Until one day when a fawn is wounded by a hunter from heaven. The fawn is saved by Mudal, a local resident . Mudal treated the wound of the fawn. When the animal is well again, he helps Mudal to get married to a beatiful fairy named Arang from heaven. Arang and seven other sisters of heaven used to bathe in the eight pools of Mount Kungang on every full moon. One day Arang was bathing in the pool, a fawn hid the wing of Arang. After bathing Arang cound not fly to heaven as she lost her wing. Mudal were brought to the spot by the fawn and duck. Mudal was fascinated by the beauty of Arang. He helped Arang and brought her to his home. In course of time Arang and Mudal began a relation and finally married. Little change to the actual meaning of some dialogue is made while translating it to make the dialogue adjusted to our society. It is not a word to word translation of the film.
