I think that terminus some kind of nextbot that stalks you and at a random time it starts playing an ear shattering noise and starts moving about as fast as angry munci? Im not sure.

Close, but I'll explain for anyone looking. Terminus has 3 modes, stalking, hiding/ambush, and of course, chasing. When spawned, he teleports to a random location on the map and enters stalking mode, where he will slowly make his way towards you. Once spotting you, he will flip a coin (well, not really, just saying to visualize it) heads, he hides away and either will enter ambush mode (staying still until close) or back to stalking. If it's tails, he will chase. However, even This has two outcomes. Outcome 1 is the normal chase. Outcome 2, however, is where he "toys" with you, purposefully going slower the closer he is. If you evade his chasing 3 times, the next time he sees you, he enters his rage mode, where, as you said, gets extremely fast, not to angry munci's level, but still fast. Also, after done chasing, he will hide, then stalk or ambush again. Edit: grammar fixes
