RIP ARENAS 🪦

I really liked arenas because it was fast and there was no rng with the loot you have. Ppl are saying it’s a shame and all, but I didn’t even realize that the community didn’t like it since it I had so much fun and it was basically the only thing I would play when on apex. Goodbye arenas, and goodbye me ever playing apex ever again.

It's probably gonna come back as an event in the future, but it's really sad it's gone. I loved it a lot

I really liked arenas because it was an awesome fair fight with choosing your own loadout and abilities and without getting 3rd partied was phenomenal. All the maps are really cool but for 6 vs 6 l would say that Phase runner,drop off and Encore are well fitting maps for gun run or team deathmatch.Drop off,Encore and Overflow are my favourite arenas maps.

For me arenas was the gamemode that I played the most by myself it was fun getting used to apex with it and it helped me play better with bad teammates sad to see it go but I definitely understand why it’s going; had about 330 wins on it and I think about 200 something with pathfinder.

Arenas was the only thing keeping me for still playing the game

I get arenas was not perfect but I think it being removed is disappointing as it's one of the only permanent modes.

With better matchmaking, I feel more people would've like it. Imo it should be included in the Mixtape playlist but if not (it most likely won't be) I'd like to see it's elements get recycled in other modes: all of it's maps for non-BR modes, maybe even copy the buy system for a Search and Destroy-type game mode.

I hope they eventually put it in rotation like team deathmatch.

im gonna miss it so badly…. Arenas was the only reason why i played Apex, so lets see if the other gamemodes are going to do well for me.

It'll come back eventually, probably as an LTM. They put too much work into it to abandon it completely.

Arena usually started with my team trying out fun loadouts and strategies then the other team gets salty ruins the fun and forces us to start sweating

I loved arenas, it's sad that they remove it

When arenas existed it was one of the most hated game modes and now when it was removed I suddenly see a lot of people saying how much people actually love it. Things just doesn’t stick together

Honestly like this video pretty much sums up much of the issue with arenas which is sad becuase arenas can be fun but there are so many issues in part is the amount of people playing

I had really good memories with arenas on habitat 4. I will really miss it

honestly, arenas was good for practicing your 1v3's. I'll miss that aspect of this mode. I hope i still get that kind of practice with the new modes.

Never had an issue with arenas nice way to stay away from the home screen after a loss, just get back to it and get that W

Drop off is the best arenas map and my favorite map in the game closely followed by party crasher... what i am going to miss the most is the weapon choice... i cannot stand the "loadouts" that they put together... i love the customization of arenas... it gives the game more strategy

Areas is the only reason I play this game and seeing it go is so sad

man this is sad cuz i was a regular player of arenas, but then it makes alotta sense cuz im a levl 422 but i always get qued with absolute rookies lvl 20> it was starting to get annoying

I will miss arenas, I usually only play for leveling BP but I enjoyed Arenas, the main problem was to find 6 people to play them, because usually there was a bunch of AFK or quitters.

HI MACRO, I was the one who said that arenas was fairly popular on console, I had more to say but my phone died. what I was going to say was that the meta on console is completely different then on pc, as on pc movement is king and more of that is going to win you pretty much every fight. However, on console, aiming is more important as a lot of the movement techniques are IMPOSSIBLE on console, making it so that console apex is way slower than pc apex. That’s why getting high kill games (along with pages and stuff) is so hard. I started playing apex because of Arenas and then eventually started playing the battle royal too It's so sad to see It's being removed

i remember arenas had flash events, but seasons ago, they just let arenas die

Kinda sad, it was the only game mode me and my friends played since br was getting kinda boring

Respawn didn’t add anything new to arenas besides some limited time maps and then they were surprised when it was unpopular

I had almost 9k arenas kills almost 2k wins arenas was the only fun thing to me in apex personally i get that br is more popular but im super bummed. I would have bought the heirloom shards this season but if they dont bring arenas back I wont play anymore apex :(

Im gonna miss it, i loved it, but the 6v6 mode is gonna be fun, and it has skull town. I just dont like the weapon selection in that and control

Yaaaaaaay I only got to play about a season of areas woooooo. Least that isn't as bad as what happened in the date night duo's. Hit someone to hell and back with the PK, last shot before we swapped positions was 77 which broke their body sheild (which had no more then 25 on it I say) and then didn't kill them on like 4 volt hits i was pissed because my teammate was to busy just camping the syphon roof and didn't get them before the mirage revived. Did get 2 just before I couldn't hits with the sentinel the next game I think it was

Arenas was the only gamemode I could find a game in Apex

I honestly liked the artillery map sucks it was in the arenas rotation for like a season.

I played Arenas more than BR back when I played, Apex BR is pretty boring to me, especially when theres no solos mode I have no interest in queuing with random teammates.
