If his intentions weren't to be inappropriate then the conversation (that he still shouldn't have had because she is underage) could've taken place normally WITHOUT the need of moving to whisper mode, which automatically DELETES conversations from both parties after they've closed the message. You wouldn't feel the need to have the conversations immediately deleted if what you were doing wasn't inappropriate.
