Fun Fact! Foxes are the only type of dog capable of retracting their claws like cats do. Foxes also have vertical pupils that look more like those of cats than the rounded pupils that other dogs have! Foxes tails also help the balance as they run, making sure they don't fall and allow them to be quick and elegant! 🌱

Quick note- red foxes CANT retract their claws, grey foxes which where native to America before red foxes where brought for hunting, could retract their claws :)

I think the beauty of this game isn't just in the visuals, it's the quiet. The music's so soft, and the sound effects so crisp, it's ethereal, that's what makes it so gripping. I can't wait for the full release!

Oh no! I guess this is the end... for now! Also, the dog isn't the only ending. SPOILER: There is another sad ending, where the man who stole your cub shoots the mother fox... :( Can't wait for the full version to be released! I love this series!!!!

I think 1 of my favorite things about this game is that your not the hero or the chosen 1 or the pure if heart or anything your just an animal with as much power as the next animal and that's enough It would have been so easy to make a plotline where the fox saves the humans but I don't the devs did that and it's refreshing after only really seeing games about people who are destined to change the world or something :)

Woah, this game is a treasure. The art style is simple, yet somehow complex. The kits are adorable, and the mother fox is elegant. Its a grand game, that's for sure. I can't wait to see the full release!!

I’ve watched you every since your seasons of zoo crafting and seeing them come up in my recommended page makes me nostalgic in all the good ways. i named the fox kits the light grey is mist, the dark grey is echo, the dark brown the lost fox kit is flower, and the cream or light brown is twig

Yes Even as a demo the game is already so intricate and beautiful. The game gives you the warning that the night is ending. While you can still roam during the day, you increase your risks as the day approaches. The game also gives you those blue markers to display specific dangers. You can find a lot of food if you follow the purple trail as well. Do not need to go out of your way into the forest and search so much, they will still give you plenty of fruits and prey around. If you get to do more of this demo, its so so sad. Love your videos.

It's sad that it's over so quickly. I feel like the days should've been a bit longer so you can get more familiar with controls. But the visuals and story telling are beautiful and I am looking forward to the full version for the full story!

So freaking excited for the full game to come out, so I can play the full thing myself and then watch a series on this from you. I will admit I was a little disappointed when the release date moved from 2021 to 2022, was hoping to play it for my birthday, but a rushed game is forever bad so I will wait patiently for its release :]

Wow I found this game recommended on my KZfaq. Decided to watch it and I’m as enchanted as you are with it. Now I must have this game. Looks so in depth. I tried “spirit of the north and that one was very.. uneventful. And kinda confusing. This is more like what I wanted in a fox adventure.

This game feels like Shelter x Limbo/Inside. Quite an interesting combo! I really cant handle those pups though, how can something so cute exist? Ever one of their animations, from just the way they walk and overtake eachother to scrambling up and down the ledges. Its unbearably cute. Theres a lot of polish that went into all those little animations and how they interact with the world to get it to that point.

This has been a great play though of the demo of this game and I really enjoyed it for the most part but don't let me be the only one that got slightly annoyed at the fact that she kept saying that it was getting close to night throughout the series. It was made obvious enough to me that the fox was sleeping though the day and was hunting at night but this really is just a small annoyance in an otherwise very entertaining game.

For me it was less of the fact that she mixed up the night and day and more of the part where she kept staying out so late even though it was said daytime would be dangerous. I wasn't at all shocked when at day time she was killed by the dog

0:51 maybie it’s because the foxes don’t have deformities caused by radiation poisoning It looks like nuclear winter where the game is set and all humans are wearing heavy clothing and/or gas masks possibly to protect themselves from radiation poisoning
