Yes lad! or create teams out of players that play on spesific matchdays! so for example portugal is playing Belgium, you have to use 50/50 from those two teams in the squad.

you could also do a weekend league where you put all the groups in a basket, then you have to pull a group, then you can only use players that play for teams in that group! At least 2 from each country lets say (in starting 11)! would be a cool consept i think! and it would create some different and cool teams!

Throughout the euros you should have to spin the wheel for a nation in the tournament and then build a squad with that nation to use in fut champs.

Maybe do one before the euros with best team. But every game you spin wheel to see you plays and you spin again on the forfeit wheel. GC involved too

I reckon you's should start with worst rated players at the euros then with each weekend league win you can upgrade a player by rating during group stage and +2 for the knockout rounds.

Think you should continue the RTG but try do someone past and present with certain countries. For example you could have England and use players who have played in England or for England. Same with Spain France Germany etc
