Very cool game. Some flaws, especially with AI pathfinding and targeting, but overall a fun game with a neat story. Not that I've played it, but I think I can judge it based on the gameplay from this walkthrough series. I think this is not the last we've seen of the Piglins, as there's still that one Piglin with the staff that we don't know what happens to. Plus, there's the warriors which are basically Vindicators. I think we'll be seeing DLC for this game, similar to Minecraft Dungeons.

Honestly it's worth buying and playing yourself before forming an opinion cause personally I don't like the gaps in the story like why did the Piglins come to the overworld, why do they want to corrupt it and how did they get access to a orb of domination when it and all the shards were destroyed at the End of the Echoing Void DLC in Dungeons

@@coltonkoepp655 Yeah, there are some gaps in the story, although conquest and greed seem to be the Piglins' things. They corrupt the overworld as a passive effect to make it more livable for themselves, probably. Also, Minecraft Legends presumably takes place in the past, as the developers say the game is based on legends passed down through generations, so I think the simplest answer is that the Orb Of Dominance has not been destroyed yet.

Minecraft Legends just explained the origins of the Illagers (and then the Arch-Illager from Minecraft Dungeons) So apparently after the great piglin war, the Warriors had nothing to fight against and weren’t settled with the environment. Eventually they attacked against the villagers, eventually making them known as the illagers.
