after listening for five minutes, I figures out how they achieved the seemingly "endless" tone getting higher and higher. there are two different tones getting higher. a really low one, and a high one. as both get higher, the lower tone gets louder and the higher tone gets quieter until it stops, starting a new low tone and making the previous low tone the high tone. thats how there is no drop in beat, tone, etc.

For anyone wondering, this works by playing two tones next to each other. As one track rises to the top, the next fades in, which your brain has a hard time differentiating. As a result, it feels like it’s constantly increasing
@Kuyjac2582 жыл бұрын
Same note though just various octaves. You can potentially create your own version on a keyboard. Start with the lowest C note then to the next C and the next then as you hit the middle C you start again with your other hand while increasing the C’s on the high scale of the piano keep creating the same sound.

As I’m reading this, it’s 3:44 into the video, and I’m starting to feel a little weird, like a heating pad is on my back… anyway I’ll listen to it for a little more.. can’t be that bad right? 😅 Edit 1) it’s 6:34. It’s getting worse. It’s getting louder and quieter at the same time. The visualizer is making it worse

Honestly, I watched AND listened to the entire video that contained 24 minutes and 31 seconds. I truly don't know how to express or say this, but this is the longest time I've ever been quiet, without talking, woken up and I feel psychotic for watching this entire video. The first 2-4 minutes everything was feeling normal and I was also getting excited every moment the sound got to a very higher and higher pitch every second passed. Right about 6-12 minutes, I felt like I was in a nostalgic mood, thinking of really old, past memories, like I'm talking about moments from 8-12 years ago. It got me to remember the day my youngest brother was around weeks to probably a month old and I'd guess this was back in February 2011 and it was when I wanted to get in his crib, but my parents pulled me out and didn't want me near my brother. That part I almost cried. So forwarding to 16-20 minutes into the video I started to feel a bit anxious and because I was sitting in my room, DARK, maybe not too dark, but it was dim and all alone with my headphones on. I don't know what I was starting to get worried about, but my mood would feel content to glazed, meaning I was happy to emotionless, like I wanted to something, but I didn't know what. Right at the last minute I was starting to feel more satisfied because the video was about to end and left it there on a good note. So, I learned that this video/sound made me good feelings and eerie feelings and depending on the mood of the person, others will have a different perspective with this video. I'm almost about to turn 14, and it's not really likely for a teenager to try this, but probably there is a few that have. So if anyone is willing to try this, just remember, you will have a different perspective watching. This was really freaky to watch, but, I am DEFINITELY going to like this video! 👍✅
