A very romantic creation suited for the perfect proposal.
It is a cheese cake in disguise composed with a vanilla streusel crunchy based, a blueberry almond cream sponge, a blueberry compote and a delicious light lemon cheese cake mousse!
The rest is crafted out of 100% chocolate.

But once you’ve seen the detailed miniature clocks, and the chess pieces, and the darts, and 100 other things you wouldn’t expect to see constructed in full detail in chocolate, you can’t help but anticipate it! I like hyper realistic cakes but I like this guy's in particular because unlike most- which tend to be 90% fondant or modeling chocolate- this looks like something I'd love to eat. No hate of the fondant and modeling chocolate magicians: being able to make hyper realistic sculptures with that stuff is so cool

KZfaq is so great. I was trying to get an idea of what I’d like to see this grand master chef create, and I thought, ‘I’d like to see an engagement ring in a presentation box.’ Then BOOM. It was there. It was created months ago, but it was presented almost immediately in my KZfaq videos. Coincidence? I think not.
