If half of you viewers don’t know what Jam is, it was a block that first aired in August 26, 2001 and was aimed to preschoolers and aired on HBO Family. It is most remembered by people who watched it back then. The designs changed in 2010 and so were the bumpers and promos. The block was later discontinued in January 17, 2016, and was replaced by HBO Kids.
Most of the block is found, but half of it is still lost, especially for the 2001-10 era. So, here’s all the HBO Family Jam content (so far)!

Jam was such an amazing block. I remember watching all the shows such as A Little Curious, Crashbox, Happily Ever After, George and Martha, Little Lulu, Storybook Musicals, I Spy and Kindergarten. Since they lost their rights to the acquired programming, it’s just been just HBO Family originals. I also remember another block called Magnet that was aimed at teenagers.

My aunt used to give me VHS tapes of these shows! I loved watching a little curious, kindergarten and Harold but crashbox was always my favorite ❤️

It's a shame that most of these bumpers/interstitials are mostly lost, even some of the shows have missing episodes.

Some episodes did got found over time (Crashbox), but some are still lost like A Little Curious, and from what I heard, half of Season 3 from The Little Lulu Show and Anthony Ant. As for the interstitials, it’s worse for them, since most of them are most harder to find than shows (still waiting for more episodes of HBO Family 411 to get found). I guess the reasoning for this is that HBO Family wasn’t a very popular channel back then, and even now, people are barely watching it due to HBO Max existing (which unfortunately doesn’t includes lost episodes for these shows), and some episodes being removed by the channel didn’t help matters.

Don't wanna brag but I'm lucky to be born in the 2000s watching shows like I Spy, A Little Curious, CrashBox, Happily Ever After, Harold and the purple crayon, etc throughout my childhood every Saturday morning on HBO MAX 😊

I remember seeing many of these clips when I was a kid. I didn't get these channels at my house, but my grandmother did. Whenever I went to her house, I always watched the shows with her, but our favorite was Harold and the Purple Crayon. She sadly died in May, and I miss her so much.

I remember that HBO Kids always mystified me growing up. It wasn't available on basic cable, so any chance I had to view it, I always cherished it.

I am so glad other people grew up with this like me. I was about 6 when I discovered it and I remember begging my mom to go on the computer and make a print-out of the Jam mascot so I could put it on my wall. I don't remember all of them, but a recent memory of talking shoes made me try to figure out what show they were from...a few questions later, someone told me it was from a little curious, thus me bringing back these old memories...

This was discontinued in 2016 because it got replaced by HBO kids preschool kids will be sad about the jam Channel it's gone forever😭

Oh, it ended long ago. Also, Jam wasn’t a TV channel. It was just a block that aired on HBO Family.

From 2001-2016 Jam was in 2D, & in 2010-2016 he was in CGI. Until January 2016 after Sesame Street started airing, that proves fatal to Jam, as he was discontinued, & rebranded entirely as HBO Kids, it has much of the same content as Jam, minus the Jam Branding. Jam did much better than it’s sister block Magnet, WHICH WAS KILLED! Thanks HBO, we owe you one! Yes I was sarcasm.

I always remembered and loved watching George and Martha, The Magic Cellar, Stuart Little, El Perro Y El Gato, HBO Storybook Musicals, Happily Ever After: Fairy Tales for Every Child, Harold and the Purple Crayon, I Spy, A Little Curious, Kindergarten, Crashbox, Fraggle Rock, Classical Baby, Sesame Street, Pinky Dinky Doo, and The Electric Company on HBO Family Jam and HBO Kids growing up as a kid. Those were really good times back then. I still love watching HBO Family! They are my favorite HBO Family shows. Thanks for uploading this! I appreciate it.

Miss it. Back when I didn’t have to worry about anything but if I wanted to watch crash box the wiggles or hit five. Even though I don’t really remember my childhood(I had a bad childhood so I’ve kind of pushed it deep down inside of me) and seeing this stuff sparks memories
