It’s crazy how people who watch Josh never actually realise how integral he is to the Sidemen. They don’t exist without Josh, it’s a fact. Because Josh was in contact with JJ after JJ got started and knew Josh was one of the biggest UK KZfaqrs, which allowed Josh, Tobi, JJ and Simon to all meet. Josh helped bring Ethan and Vik in himself after having seen them both himself and thinking they’d be good to join the group of the 4 of them. And then when we get to the Sidemen House, Vik wouldn’t be allowed to join if Josh didn’t talk to his mom and discuss what they were doing and ensuring Vik would be safe with all of these strangers. He was a main component of the Sidemen Clothing brand and helped find people who could do the work when the boys couldn’t (Freya and Lewis). That’s only in the starting years of the Sidemen. As time goes on, he becomes more and more important. Josh is the one who the rest of the boys almost wait for his approval on for videos and projects. He has the best KZfaq mind (tied with Simon and Vik) and is able to keep things tied together really well in stressful situations. I know everyone says JJ or Harry leaving would effect the Sidemen the most but Josh would be the worst because the Sidemen would just crumble without having someone who everyone trusts when the going gets tough and someone who can find the solution to almost any problem within next to no time.

I first watched you from around 2010-2011 where you were still a monster at COD and also watched your nemo adventures videos. I also remember one of my fav videos was the puzzle map you did with I think ksi and tobi if I'm not mistaken. Watching you make it MEGA successful just makes me feel so proud for some reason lol. This was actually a rly interesting video. I’ve been watching the sidemen and their individual channels for 10+ years now, so I knew that Josh was the OG big KZfaqr of them all, but I had no idea he was THAT big. 130k in his first year in 2011 and like 250k when JJ had less than 10k is wild. Plus, he did the podcast thing before it was popular. I can see now why he’s so influential in the group behind the scenes, or at least from what we hear.

What's funny is that KSiClips isnt even owned by JJ.

The KZfaq algorithm has helped a lot of channels grow in views but has then also kind of resulted in less subs gained, since most people are seeing videos they like in their feed and watch them regularly through that so they neglect the subscribe feature as they don't see a need for it.
