I'm saying this because of the cover of the video in question; why should I have any doubts about whether adult Bluey married Mackenzie or Jean Luc? I have no doubts that Bluey married Mackenzie and they had their puppy that appears in the final scene of the episode "Surprise!" If Bluey had married Jean Luc, since he is Canadian, things would have gotten quite complicated because of the distance.
