i have to admit when I heard about the window, I was skeptical, but its absolutely fabulous, and so sweet. Especially when you added the bee for your grandmother. I can't wait to see the rest of the house. As a RHOC fan, I've been waiting for this for years!

You (everyone) did an incredibly AMAZING job building your "home". As magnificent as it is (and it really is) you didn't forget the concept of a "home". There is "something" for everyone; regardless of age, or the event (activities) desired. Whether it's feeling like you're Dining out at a 5 star restaurant when entertaining adult or important guests, opening presents on Christmas morning as a family, playing teather ball as if at the local/city park areas, entering the outside resort pool and bathroom area as if on vacation in a 5 star hotel, the ADULT Disney Star Wars and Gaming room (chair) and epic furniture for the young man of the house, or the mature and glamorous (princess) pink room or Glamorous & Sophisticated Hollywood themed black and white bedroom for an older daughter (the other daughter must love the out doors ...she too needs an etched window; if she is persuasive to any changes) ...I swear these kids must have gone to Disney World and then asked what was your "favorite" (bravo to someone) and then spinning the idea into glitz and glam. But, then the home takes your breath away because of DETAILS and carefully selected lighting and natural Stone elements and even windows (basement and etched window). **So GLAD you didn't forget to treat YOURSELF to a real laundry (and wrapping area) room btw ...so often the wife/mother forgets about their needs.*** Your office is home away from home .... it's cozy but not too cozy ...it still says I'm here to work ...but in style. The garage is cool and we'll organized - I like how you selected this area for bigger projects and arts and crafts and not the laundry room; if space/income allows. The Macy's gift wrap section is ...I get it ...mostly for YOU. Nice touch. And, kids can easily use another specially created area for "working" on their school projects etc. NOTHING ...got by you in this amazing journey (and TRUST I know it was ... a journey; that felt like it would never end). You should be proud. But, mostly you are ... HAPPY to have created a master piece but at the same time a place to call HOME. You STILL wanted wonderful memories for you, Terry and the KIDS to remember while raising your family. You win hands down! #YouNailedIt P.S. If ...(IF) the one daughter really desires a make over so soon (they grow up so fast during a 1-2 year project) ... White with gold/silver is in? Mirrored furniture - in silver; or have repainted in gold for her own touch of flare? Gold & Silver woven baskets? Gold & Silver lamps? White bedding. *KEEP the Gold already in the room. Is green her favorite color or did she just like green & gold together? Does she like mermaids? (Lots of different shades of green to choose from.) Just a thought if she's already out grown her spectacular room (she) created. *Wish I could remember the name of the sophisticated and upscale kids bedroom furniture and decor store that displayed the white rooms with gold/silver accent pieces. #Gorgeous. Gray or silver upholstered headboard would be so awesome ...or even gold or white. *That's the type of furniture sold. And, if she wanted an etched window ...a chandelier might help capture the lighting just right as well. Just an idea. Think - the NEW version of the White Diamond cologne/perfume and or it's spray bottles for inspiration. *Something to grow into for years to come. But, it was/is perfect no less. Kids (sigh) ALL of the kids bedrooms are AWESOME ...almost MAGICAL. But, not in a "cheesy" way ... but, as if each child got to choose their OWN magical get away but, mom dialed it back a notch to create a once in a life time perfectly designed bedroom and not a theme park (or themed hotel room). *Just the "inspiration" or element of magical without using commercial characters or generic products & designs. Great balance. Blown away of how GRAND the whole house is without making anyone's bedroom; especially the kids rooms, so cold, sterile or bland. That would have been easy. Even your kids may never want to go on vacation. Their home (environment) is perfect. Nothing could be better.

It's very museum like and contemporary. I personally feel that a truly classy, elegant home should look "collected" over time. This looks as though every piece was purchased en masse. I far prefer Shannon Beador's old house...much warmer and more tasteful in a traditional style.

Wow!! My mind can't even fathom a house like that! It's absolutely beautiful. I'm thankful for the home that we have that would be considered a shack by comparison! But it's our home that my husband has worked really hard to buy for us after a horrible time in our lives. Sure, it needs some work, cosmetically and desperately need a roof (bad leak) but hopefully we'll be able to get that repaired in the next year. I was disabled after an injury that happened while in law enforcement. Developed a disorder called crps from that injury, that took 9 years to diagnose, so I'm unable to work. But just like you, I'm so very thankful for the hard work and the home we've been blessed with. Sure, it may seem tiny by comparison, and need a ton of work..which we're doing as we get the money to do so, but it's a home full of love. The work will get done in time. But regardless, we're thankful. Some people don't even have a roof over their heads. (Even if ours leaks 😂 hehe). It's so easy to be jealous of what someone else has, but we should all not look at what they may have, but be thankful for what we do have. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us, Heather. Love everything Heather. You have such spectacular taste. I love the etched window but the nest with the eggs just disturb me greatly. I think it stems from being a woman that couldn’t have children but desperately wanted them. Unfortunately fertility science came after my child bearing years. I feel strongly there are many other women that would share my sentiment.
