It is a true story.
Ersilia lived 200 years ago in Cesano Maderno, Italy, and her small tomb was found under a floor under renovation.
Since then Palazzo Arese Borromeo, in Cesano Maderno, seems haunted.
To rest assured it is customary here, upon entering the palace for a visit, to exclaim aloud "Good morning Ersilia!". She is the hostess, greeting her upon entering, she will not be angry.
