When i read up on this particular litany, it said it is not made for individual use, rather it is to be recited in a group. Can it be recited individually if there is no group you are with and you pray at home and can we still expect benefits from reciting it individually?

I think you put the wrong translation in for the last part of Aamanar Rasoolu

How are we supposed to recite this ? I mean wird al Latif before sunrise and this after sunset ? Or wird al Latif both times ? I am a little confused
