If Euronymous was still around, he would most definitely either be completely bald and gone for the Dissection look or ended up looking like one of the brothers from Nifelheim. Hair line was starting to go south in later pictures. All that black dye will do it.

Euronymous was dead by the time “The dawn of the black hearts” was released and didn’t have anything to do with the decision of the cover art. All he did was send the photos to Mauricio Montoya, the rest was his concept.

I think aside from the first set of material they wrote when they first reformed without Euronymous, the rest of their material pretty much carried on Euronymous' legacy. It sounded newer, but without straying from the "Dark Mayhem formula" that everyone knew them for. Now if you're talking about not having Euronymous around to pop off at the mouth and stir a bunch of shit? Then yes, I agree. ** I don't wish to speak ill of the dead, especially a legend on a video that is honoring his memory and legacy** So, hail Euronymous, hail Mayhem. The work of Euronymous and Mayhem have been a huge influence on me when I was in my youth and co-founding bands and creating music.

Euronymous was great as a musician in the Mayhem band and with Dead Ohlin formed a great artistic duo. He didn't deserve to die anyway. But everyone says that he pushed Dead Ohlin to suicide. Is it true? I don't know...
