He is a villain and anti-hero at the same time, though i cant understand how anti-hero can be more evil than the actual villains. Lobo is one of the most cruel, evil psycopaths in comics. Joker, Carnage etc. are not even close to him in that case.

Missed opportunity with the legion of superheroes. While the Cameo and joke is funny given the space setting and tone a wise cracking glutinous mercenary hired to take on the legion or forced to work with them might have been funny
