Kinda wild how big this business has grown. I've been here since the GT350. Matt is about the only person (that I watch) that shows the business side of his youtube career.

When I stumbled upon an OG video of the Helen house months back I initially thought Uncle Matty was pompous and kind of annoying. Then I realized that he's actually nothing like that. He's transparent and honest all the time and just tells it like it is. If he doesn't like something, he says it. If he loves something, he raves about it. He's a true pioneer in many different industries and is doing something really special. So happy for him and the team and can't wait to see the building. Now excuse me while I go order some stuff!

Matt and his crew are actually living the American dream. Work hard...grow... Work hard...grow again. My eyes actually welled up seeing the intercutting of Matt talking and the footage of everybody teaming together to move into the new place. I think of you people as family and I couldn't be more happy for your success. Why, because you're all decent people. My success is growing too and as Mike F. would say as my "monies" grow so will my purchases from OG.

I’ve been watching/supporting OG since the initial garage with the S2000 as a 22 year old punk kid with goals and ambition of my own. Along the way I’ve seen Matt and the team grow into the team they are today. The transparency you provide and detail you go into helped push me to achieve more of myself. I’ve never commented on videos on KZfaq, but I felt the need to say Thank you! Your drive not only pushes you to achieve more but also pushes other (myself included) to achieve more. Over the last 8 years I’ve grown up, matured, started a family and have reached some of my career milestones that I would have never though would be possible 8 years ago. Been watching Matt since 2015 when he got his M3 F80. He's a testament of hard work, putting in the grind and being smart about it. Watching OG grow to where it is is amazing and to think, it did take several years to be this successful. Rome wasn't built in a day! The team there is amazing to have taken the helm and felt empowered to move and setup the product without Matt present or have any say in it. Trust in the team is one of the building blocks for a business. Matt just does it right. That team is living a dream!

Only advice I would give is to slot everything through velocity slotting. Productivity will increase and costs go down. Just because something is similar doesn't mean it should be next to each other. Just my 90 cents worth.
