yeah they are difficult, but after getting a degree in Actuarial Science you will be ready for them. the secret with the board exams is not to fear failure, just keep writing them until you pass. it is possible :)

Hi may I ask you some questions MJ,if we failed the papers can we retake? and is there is a limit of retake till we have redo from the first syllabus?

Shaun Ferns with maths, practise makes perfect. get a good grasp of the fundamentals and then slowly take on more challenging problems. then you will improve

Yes!! They are very expensive!! Which is good motivation to study for them!! But if you are employed, then your boss should pay for them!

i say its ok cos i worked and definitely know that there are some exciting topics raised in the paper

MJ the Student Actuary we had similar discussions at the office about retail product revenue distribution, and the answers to the one questions are exactly in line with the discussions we had re performance and the solvency, liquidity and feduciary attributes desired at the bank... I hit that shit out the park!
