Your Cantonese might be rough, but you’re an Ace when it comes to the two spoon method. Very precise and graceful. No droppings. A solid 9.2 out of 10!

Kudos for being able to speak Cantonese; keeping in mind that we are Educated in English and only learned our Mother tongue at home or watching Chinese TV. I am sure most Chinese restaurants in America are subject to the vigorous American Heath and Sanitary codes. I look forward to trying this Restaurant.

I miss restaurant’s like that Relocated to Florida the Chinese food is nothing like they have in NY a typical neighbourhood takeout in NY is better than a fancy Chinese restaurant in Florida. I wish Joe Shanghai would move down here lol

Classic dish. Something that you can almost always order at a Chinese restaurant even if it's not on the menu.

This 干炒牛河 dish looks easy but its pretty difficult to made, if appling too much oil make it too greezze, and if apply too less oil to cook make the noodles stick to the wok. Oil had to apply perfectlly. And when you use chopsticks to pick up the noodle, it would be no addition oil leave on the dish. Many of Chinese restaurant owner use the particular dish to test the skills of their new hire. Beef had to cook for half way raw, and "back to wok" at the very end in order to maintain all the juice. (Some chef adding a bit corn starch or baking soda to beef in order to make it more tender)

2 of my favorites my Nai-Nai used to make beef chow fun and beef with garlic and black bean sauce. Both were 10s!

So I was in town and gave this a try and it was disappointing and underwhelming. Probably because it was at 10am (the only time I had). Noodles where fresh but the “wok hei” was as missing. However their Roast Pig was top notch!

I saw Lychee Duck on that menu. I haven't been able to find that where I am. That is so delicious. Expensive, but worth it.

My preference is the dry fried beef chow fun over the wet beef chow fun you had recently. I imagine it is a challenge for the cook to get the fried food infused w/ the “ wok hay” or smoky flavor from high heat without burning the food, to use enough clean oil w/o making it greasy & leaving a pool of oil at the bottom of the dish, & seasoning the dish so it’s tasty, not bland or over salted! To get a 9 out of 10 from you is a high mark!

The Cantonese food in NYC is so much better than out here on the west coast. The chow fun out here is so greasy... always a pool of oil at the bottom. Makes me want to move back to NYC just for the food.

No I dont speak chinglish, I avoid that at all cost. When in a chinese language situation I speak ALL chinese or none at all.. which of course means I walk away saying sorry sorry.. It annoys to no end when people speak chinese and then throw in english words for words they do not know, and then continue more chinese as if they did nothing of the sort.. I cringe I CRINGE!!!!

Okay guys, at the end, there was something for $7.50. Using www.qhanzi.com I drew the words and it came up with this: 云面 and then using google translate I got this: "cloud surface". I believe this to be restaurant jargon for their Wonton Noodle Soup. Which Tung was eating prior to my arrival. Thank you for watching!

No worries, send him around the corner and there are plenty of fake LVs. Hor Fun looks really good. Making me hungry! When it comes to reasonable prices, Chinatown has always been one of the best. Good Cheap and Fast. It is amazing how fast Chinese restaurants are when it comes to having a plate of piping hot food delivered to your table.

I cant recall if I had ever given a 10 for anything, but if I did, it would only mean that it is exactly how I personally prefer it, which to some other people may be EWWWW. but in the Seigel's 1941 Prime Rib video, my guest had given a 10 for the prime rib there, I believe that may be the only 10 in my channel...

I'm telling you, my chinese is really horrible.. only people who dont speak any chinese thinks I speak chinese... they all just assume I do even if they only just met me, like three days ago on the street, someone just came up to me with mandarin and I had zero clue...
